Client Checklist:

Prior to the commencement of 3d rendering work, the client is advised to review and supply the following information:

☐ ENSURE ALL SUPPLIED DRAWINGS & SCHEDULES ARE FINALISED.
Design changes after commencement of visualisation may result in additional fees.



Drawings

☐ Supply floor plans, elevations & cross-section drawings in DWG format.

☐ (For Interiors) Supply joinery drawings and RCPs in DWG format.

☐ (For Exteriors) Supply landscape drawings with selected plant species in PDF or DWG format.



Schedules

☐ Supply detailed schedules for exterior and interior finishes and colours.

☐ (For Interiors) Supply fixtures and fittings specifications.

☐ This includes kitchen appliances, tapware, bathroom fixtures, light fittings and skirting/cornice profiles.



Reference

☐ Supply any other relevant reference images i.e. requests for specific furniture pieces, styling accessories, plants or special features to be shown in the renders.
